Troy Tweedy grew up in Madison, Nebraska, where sports, school, and community shaped his strong work ethic and commitment to people. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for perseverance, leadership, and helping teams succeed by creating systems that allow others to thrive.
Family remains at the center of Troy’s life. He and his wife Kris have been married for 40 years and enjoy spending time with their two daughters, son-in-law, and five grandchildren.
Outside of work, Troy enjoys golfing, following the Kansas City Chiefs and Nebraska Cornhuskers, and flying drones while exploring new technology and perspectives. His passion for innovation and football recently led him to partner with his son-in-law Michael to launch the FlyRoute Omaha location in Spring 2026.

Michael Pippins, originally from Aurora, Colorado, brings discipline, curiosity, and technical expertise to everything he pursues. In June 2025, he and his family relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska, beginning a new chapter focused on opportunity and community.
Michael graduated from Overland High School and went on to play football at the Colorado School of Mines before transferring to Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he earned a degree in Biology. His academic background sharpened the analytical mindset and problem-solving skills that now shape his career in IT, where he helps teams navigate complex technical challenges.
Family is central to Michael’s life. He and his wife Amanda have been married for 15 years and have three children—one daughter and two sons.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys flying drones, exploring new technology, and cheering on the Los Angeles Chargers and the North Carolina Tar Heels. His love for football and innovation recently led him to partner with his father-in-law, Troy, to launch the FlyRoute Omaha location in Spring 2026.
