Q&A:
FlyRoute: As a former football coach, what are the major benefits for football teams that choose to utilize drone technology?
Ben: "High School Football has never been a more competitive environment than it is today. Utilizing drone technology provides coaches superior tactical and teaching advantages. In practice and during games, a live “eye in the sky” allows you to coach quickly, make decisive decisions, and give your team the best chance to be successful on Friday night."
FlyRoute: In your current role as a Real Estate photographer and drone pilot, what steps can someone new to this line of work take to break into this industry?
Ben: "Become Part 107 certified, buy some good gear, learn something new everyday, and get after it!
FlyRoute: As it relates to being a professional drone pilot in the real estate industry, where do you believe the biggest opportunity exists in the next 5-10 years?
Ben: "I believe the biggest opportunity for professional drone pilots in the real estate media exists with videography. More and more, real estate agents are using video to set their properties and themselves apart."
